1. Who We Are

csmydream is an online and hybrid learning platform that provides students from Class 9 to Class 12 with high-quality courses in Computer Science, Programming, Artificial Intelligence, and related fields through live classes, guided projects, and structured content.

2. Classroom Guidelines

To ensure a respectful and productive learning environment for all students, we ask that you follow these basic classroom rules:

• Be on time for every class, whether it’s online or offline.

• Stay focused during lessons. Avoid distractions like mobile games, social media, or unrelated browsing.

• Respect your teachers and peers. Listen actively, avoid interrupting, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Complete assignments and projects honestly and on time. Academic integrity is expected.

• Ask questions if you don’t understand — learning is a shared process.

• Keep your microphone muted during online live classes unless you're speaking.

• Don't gossip or use your phone during offline classroom sessions. For any emergency, seek permission before using your mobile device.

• Recording or photographing any part of an online or offline class, including the whiteboard and lesson slides, without the teacher’s permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a 1-month suspension from the classroom.

• No disruptive behaviour will be tolerated during sessions (spamming chat, trolling, sharing inappropriate content, etc.).

Repeated violations of these guidelines may result in removal from classes without a refund.

3. Using csmydream

3.1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use csmydream for personal educational purposes.

3.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Share your account or course materials, and study notes with others

• Copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without written permission

• Use csmydream for cheating, spamming, or unlawful activity

4. Payments & Plans

4.1. Pricing
Our pricing and available features are listed on the Pricing page. We may update plans or prices at any time.

4.2. Billing
Online payments are handled securely by third-party providers.

4.3. Refunds
We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hello.csmydream@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Content Ownership

All course materials, study notes, lesson slides, project works, branding, and platform content belong to csmydream or its instructors. You may not reuse or publish, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from us.

6. User Conduct

You agree to participate in classes and use the platform in a respectful and responsible manner. You must not post or share any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content on any platform managed by csmydream and its instructor.

7. Disclaimers

csmydream is provided "as-is." While we strive to provide high-quality, effective learning experiences, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. We also cannot promise uninterrupted online classes or payment services due to maintenance or third-party service issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, csmydream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the classroom of csmydream.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If any significant changes occur, we’ll notify you via email or on the platform. Continued use of csmydream after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
